Some of the places that we wish to visit may involve us mooring against rough walls with potentially hazardous objects protruding out which could easily damage 'Drummers' hull. With this in mind, we've made ourselves a "fender board" (a plank used in conjunction with fenders placed alongside the hull) following a recent visit to B&Q. A couple of coats of Cuprinol Timbercare (free, courtesy of Darthaven Marina - thanks Patrick) has been added to protect the wood from the elements - we hope this does the job nicely.
