If you've read our entry about catching the bus to Lezardrieux, then please do have a chuckle on us as we just don't believe it!! (to quote Victor Meldrew). Here goes ...

This morning we decided that we would catch the bus to Perros-Guirec as we want to walk along one of the coastal paths that starts at Perros-Guirec and finishes as Ploumanac'h. We were up bright and early to catch the bus. We waited and waited but no bus turned up, we scrutinized the timetable, scratched our heads and scrutinized the timetable again wondering as to where we have gone wrong this time. Then it occurred to us, it's 1st May and maybe a bank holiday so we checked our guide book and you guessed it, 1st May is declared as a national holiday so buses don't run today do they!

Needless to say, we are going to try again tomorrow.
