Back in September (water water everywhere and not a drop to drink
) we installed a Nature Pure QC2. To date we have been very pleased with the product however recently after changing the filter canister (as recommended when the flow rate is considerably reduced) we've noticed that:-
a) The flow rate was significantly improved (significantly better than when the original product was installed).
b) The water quality appears to be noticeably poorer.
After a quick search on Google it appears that there has indeed been a problem with the replacement QC2 cartridges. The problem has been so serious that a customer notice has been issued and the agreement with the UK distributor Pure Water Online
terminated by the parent company General Ecology
