Well, the sellers have authorized all fixes/repairs prior to sale. This is great news as a couple of items were quite dire. Of course, tis the season and the yard is extremely busy right now. The positive is that we won't need to worry about getting anything done after closing, the down side is that we'll need to push our date out just a little. Looks like a May closing which, for me, will be nice since I may be able to move the boat without freezing or being soaked for eight hours.
