Staniel Cay to Warderick Wells

30 April 2011
Beautiful five hour sail to the Exuma Land and Sea Park where we picked up a mooring ball ($20/night), signed up for internet access and checked into the park office. Each Saturday night there is a cruiser get together on the beach – Bruce made an appetizer and we joined the group at the tiki hut for food and fellowship. The park warden joined us with free ice (all cruisers love free and ice!) and we had special guests, the hutias, the only land mammal in the Bahamas (a cross between a rabbit and a rat – it looks like a nutria).
TODAYS PROVERB 10:27 Reverence for God adds hours to each day.
