Uvita to Cuepos
06 February 2016
We headed farther north up the coast of Costa Rica, seas were calm and the wind was light, so we motor sailed the six hours to the town of Cuepos. We continued to experience autopilot problems, so we were thankful for calm seas as it made hand steering easier. We decided to take a slip in Marina Pez Vela - a beautiful sport fishing marina (restaurants, yard, gelato - what more can I say?) in the heart of Cuepos where nearby National Park Antonio is located. Bruce will visit with the yard manager on Monday to see if he has any wisdom regarding our autopilot. Sigh. Oh yea – we discovered I had my own chip!!
