October 12 - 16, 2016 Today Bruce and I went separate ways – he returned to the boat and I joined a group of sketchers for a workshop (led by Susan Dorf and Meagan Burns) in the town of Patzcuaro. Patzcuaro is three hours southwest of San Miguel and sits on the southern edge of Lake Patzcuaro. We stayed in the lovely B&B Casa Encantada just off the town center and attended sketching sessions each day, walking the streets with our stools and art supplies capturing the people and architecture of this wonderful town. I learned some great sketching tips and made new friends – too fun!!
