Happy birthday Big Dog! We celebrated Bruce’s birthday with a dinghy raft-up and 30 purple cupcakes – woohoo! There were nine dinghies with 21 cruisers that met, tied up and celebrated a lovely evening in the Tenacatita anchorage – we are blessed! I did make him another chocolate vinegar birthday cake the next day as we did not bring any cupcakes home! One note: It doesn’t take much surf to make beach landings with a dinghy a BIG adventure!! We are learning new skills everyday but will be glad when they become unnecessary as we move farther north into the Golfo de California!
