Greast cruise covered some new territory and visited interesting spots ashore. Maine is still the best cruising ground anywhere! Hope you enjoyed our postings.

Biddeford Pool to Georgetown

02 July 2008
We know we're almost home when we pass Seguin Light and enter Sheepscot Bay.

Marblehead to Biddeford Pool

01 July 2008
Long day transiting the Gulf of Maine. No wind so it was "diesel boats forever" again. Nice to return to Maine's rugged coastline and classic lighthouses. This one is Wood Island Light.

Boston to Marblehead

30 June 2008
Short run today up to M'head to resolve a starter issue with the diesel. Spent a pleasant day walking around in the old town recalling fond memories of our early married life here. Visited Crocker Park, a special place for us with a view of the harbor filled with 1600 boats, one of the largest aggregations of sailboats in the world. (See photo)

Marblehead Visit

30 June 2008
Just one more memory of our visit in Marblehead and proof that we really did make this trip together.
