Anyone needing to renew their British passport? Make sure you haven't any foreign plans for the next few months. It's now the only obstacle preventing us from leaving. I had mine sent in 6 weeks ago for renewal and it's still awaited. Issuing of British passports is now centralized to the UK and removed from the regions and it seems there is a huge backlog where the govt wasn't quite ready for the onslaught. I can imagine others who have had to cancel travel plans, etc.
And so we wait! And wait....

Hawaii was a stop over on our way to Canada however we were pleasantly surprised and enjoyed our 3 weeks in Big Hawaii.
