It is hard to believe we are less than 30 days to our start. There are lots of things to do before we leave. Julia said our boat is too heavy and it is going on a diet. She is going to go through each item to make sure we need it.

Last weekend, we enjoyed the Farallones race. It was just beautiful. We saw whales, dolphins and tons of birds. It was a good prep race for us. For me, it is the furthest offshore I have been.

Here is Wayne celebrating the halfway party for the 2014 Race. I can't wait.

We all hope that we arrive in Kaneohe by July 24th at sunset just in time for cocktails. Who would like to start the pool to guess our arrival date and time?
