Finally the boat is ready, gear is stowed, supplies are loaded. There is no room for one more thing.
My plan is to only shop every few weeks so I have much too much on board. A case of soda, case of water, case of beer, etc. The only issue is the 1.5 cu. ft. refrigerator so I can't carry too much meat and fresh veggies. I need to learn how to keep produce outside the fridge.
The nicest addition is a "Puff" quilt made from squares Karen had done over the years and added to and quilted by Candy Keen.
Hope to be underway on the morning of the 8th. Clear skys and moderate winds from the NW. That will be fine since I am taking the Intercoastal to Sanibel. Saturday on to Lovers Key or Naples, depending on the weather. Naples to Marco Island and then plan for Everglades City.
Hopefully I will be able to update using wireless in Naples or Marco.
