A view of the Point Bonita lighthouse in the Marin headlands. It was so clear, that you could see the Farallon islands 30 miles offshore. Here's another view of the same point and the surf crashing through an arch from the other side of the peninsula.
Sitting in a coffee shop this morning looking at Telegraph Hlll and the Coit tower, watching the people walking by, and the city coming to life. It's gotten harder to be away from the water, but there are few if any American cities more picturesque than San Francisco. One more day to explore and enjoy this city, then a day of flying east -- further away from the setting sun, the south pacific, Oceana and Australia.
