Second entry
Adding another entry. Considering this blog site but would have to upgrade a level ($35/year) to get site security which limits site viewers to invitation only. Plus it provides a map tracking feature which sounds cool.

I'm still looking for a site that allows "off line" creation and the ability to post pics within the body of the text. I just tried to post multiple pics and I'm not sure if that works or not.
