Another summer weekend of boat work

Keith/Hot with scattered rain clouds
We spent Saturday night on the boat after Lynnette got off work. I returned JD's mainsail I repaired for him this week. Had a good time with friends on the dock before it rained.
We got up Sunday morning and had breakfast at IHop. Since there was not enough wind to sail, we worked on several projects. Lynnette started prepping the cabin ceiling for painting by sanding and caulking. I worked on the faucets cleaning/sanding them.
We took a break going to eat and run some errands. Visited Lowe's for faucet fitting, Academy Sports for nylon shirts on sale, and Ace Hardware for a Speedy Stitcher Kit.
When we returned to the boat and did some more work, JD came and helped me with some of my electrical questions. We discussed/planned the installation of a remote starter button mounted near the engine, so I can bleed the engine of air by myself.
All-in-all a good work weekend that was satisfying and relaxing in spite of no sailing.
