Ralph
The weather has finally cleared up and the forecast looks good for the next few days. The wind is predicted to be from the wrong direction based on where we are planning to go, but it is going to be much lighter that what we have had for the last few days, so we will start making our was west. We would like to do some reprovisioning before Navidad so we will head to Nargana to see what we can get there and hopefully find out if the road to Carti is open. We had heard that it was closed due to washouts from all of the rain. At Carti, you can catch a 4x4 to Panama City, so we could really stock up.

This morning at sunrise, the Kuna's were out paddling their ulu's and seemed to be heading over to the river that is behind where we are anchored. I counted 22 boats paddling that way. They grow fruits and vegetables on the mainland and they were probably headed in to tend their gardens.
