Packing & Stowing:

Wow! Moving out of the condo & on to the boat was much harder than we anticipated. There was no way that we could have gotten ready in time to leave without the help of our family & friends. We have so much "stuff" that we were overwhelmed. We packed forty boxes for long-term storage. Moved many boxes of stuff to the boat, then realized could not fit everything on the boat. Our helpers did many of the last minute tasks that we could not finish ourselves. Cory & Karrie helped with boat organization, securing equipment on deck, adding our hailing port lettering on our transom, storing some items, and many much needed help. Our great friend Leah came down and help organize stuff in the many nook & crannies of the boat (she also let us store things in her garage). Our crew during the trip to Cabo is Cheryl & David Eakin. They have been so helpful during our fitting out to go on this trip that we could never repay them for their friendship and support. David has continued to give expert advice on repairing & upgrading of many of the boat systems. Cheryl is an inspiration and did all the provisioning for the first two weeks of the trip. Thanks for everyone for your support & help during this difficult transition. We can't thank you enough.
