Hong Kong: East meets West

Our journey is a total of nm 5680 @ average speed of 5nm per hour. The trip should take 45 days at the most excluding the stops for diesel etc.
We sailed out of Zhoushan on Monday afternoon a week ago and had good winds and some stormy weather down the Taiwan straights and stopped in RHKYC which is such a beautiful club. Had a wonderful quick stop in Hong Kong after affecting some repairs and servicing the motors. Also burnt the credit card at some shops and we departed this morning, Monday, after the storm abated and we could see thru the mist and rain that seems to hang aroung Hong Kong because of the huge mountains. We left in the early hours as we need to get south as the SW monsoons are on their way.
Our next waypoint, Jemeja Island 02.15'4170N 105.41'0020E will be a brief stop to say Hi to the guys we met there last trip and pick up some provisions.
We have the rods out but I doubt there are any fish large enough to
swim to our lures!!!Hopefully I will be proven wrong .....the suspence
is killing!!
