We motored overnight after a bit of sailing in the evening. The wind is light, fluky but behind us.We are roughly half way to our objective. It seems that the mist interesting news is Ged and my bowel movements. At least we think so and insist on both giving Ian an update apparently.Sadly it seems thgat in my enthusiasm with the jet washer have knackered the cockpit speakers so no music until we get to and I buy some new ones. That is all for now as we bob along with the cruising chute about 100 miles west of the restr peninsular.
The technology is causing me grief, so if you are reading this it is more luck than judgement. We are currently motoring as there is hardly any wind. Tonight is curry night. No one fallen out yet.Fingers crossed for wind.We are just 30 miles north west of the Scillies.
This my second attempt at sending a blog update via sat phone. After a very pleasant sail tghis morning that wind has died and we are back on motor. |Forecast is for wind to come up but want to get the other side of Milford Havebn to pick up ebb from Bristol Channel and get launcghed south. We hve chicken a chorizo stew for lunch. Had a go at some sectant work and was only 18 miles out!
Thank you for looking at the page. I have set this up to record our journey from Port Dinorwic (the actual port at Y Felinheli) towards A Coruña in north west Spain. Sailors always say towards because it is superstition that you will fail if you say you are going to a particular location.
