Spooky Happenings On GHOST

Stuart, Su and Jenny arrived on Friday 25th September and we brought the wonderful weather with us. It was fab to see Brad and Kat (both a deep, unwashed, brown colour and totally relaxed). We spent 2 nights at anchor at Les Illetes, South West of Palma - a comfortable, protected bay. It was good to just chat, relax and watch the locals having anchoring nightmares - they just drop anchor wherever they want, put out insufficient chain and are then surprised when it all goes tits up (nautical expression).

We had a few good meals on board, with a few marguerites and a couple of chilled beers. It was a little worrying the last morning however when we woke up to find 5 bottles of wine had been drunk - a 'ghostly apparition' apparently did it whilst we were asleep - SPOOKY!!

We toured Palma on the Sunday, eventually finding a restaurant for lunch, full of locals. We had a good Mallorcan lunch, walked it off before returning to Ghost for a siesta.

We left on a mindblowingly late easyJet flight, after having enjoyed a good reunion.

Brad and Kat - THANKS. Stay relaxed, continue to enjoy your Adventure - it will all be over too soon.

We hope to visit again before it's too late.
