Lots has happened in the past four weeks...
We hauled the boat out of the water in Green Turtle Cay and spent Easter "on the hard" cleaning the boat and stripping everything off that might not enjoy hurricanes.

A short 35 minute flight to Nassau brought us to a small lovely family hotel from where we could take a taxi to the lawyers office and sign some papers concerning the property purchase.... still not finalized.

Back to Ottawa the following day to the normal chaos of arrival after ~ 6 months away.... mail, auto license, drivers license, emission tests, plumbing, etc.etc.etc.

The road into the cottage is still too soft to use, but we've been to the farm several times to plant currants and raspberries, repair the tractor, and supervise the new barn door installations.... it's going to be a busy summer.

We awoke this morning to the first snow I have seen in 18 months... it looks like I may need to go out and buy socks!

Our daughter Anne-Marie arrived home last week after a year in Bogota, Columbia and plans to spend the summer working before another adventure...
