First day in the Atlantic Ocean. Not much different at this point from Lake Ontario, except the swells are farther apart. Could not find an anchorage in Manasquain Inlet so, we went to Breille Marine Basin. It was about a nine hour motor from Sandy Hook with the wind on our nose. This area primarily is for fishing vessels. It was a fixed dock so we had to secure boat for the tide changes. I made a quick run to the store. Met some folks in a trawler from St Catherines.
