Yep, it's busy

We had a quiet night in Dover, just nipping ashore fore a quick beer (as you do) and eating on board.
Dover outer harbour is large - enormous actually and because we were heading north to Ramsgate we needed to exit from the north entrance which meant playing tag with the monster ferries, not a good idea. However, with the co-operation of port control, we snuck up the inside of the harbour wall past rows of ferries all straining at the leash to charge out and get us and, after a brief lurk inside the entrance, when given the all clear, we popped out like a ferret from a trouser leg and headed north along the shore to minimise an adverse tide, probably saving a couple of hours.
