Decisions on the fly
10 November 2015
We have had a progression of getting down the ICW in mind and getting to our "staging" place (which we believe to be Key Biscayne).
This morning as we are looking at the time and what we need to get done before leaving, we are now beginning to think about other stuff we may WANT to do. There is a sailing association SSCA (Seven Seas Cruising Association) that has a big event in Melborne this coming weekend. It is an opportunity to meet a large group of cruisers and gain some knowledge for future use. While not members (yet), it is open to anyone. :)
Sometimes you make a plan and stick to it.....other times you just roll.
If we head straight to Melborne, we would then have to track back to Palm Coast to see Greg's cousin, but we are on island time so no worries. And of course with all our goods being sent to her home we will surely make that trip.
Cinnabons are baking in the oven and we are enjoying our coffee in a nice little breeze this morning. Chewie has eaten and is already down for a morning nap. This is the life.
Well, while we are contemplating, Greg is checking the weather reports and we are listening the cruisers network from St. Augustine.
