Great Guana Cay home to Nippers and Grabbers was entertaining to say the least. The mooring balls were plentiful but the winds were a bit strong coming in and I missed the pendant not once but twice. ARRRGGHHHH! Never had that happen before but have learned a couple of lessons from it. One....don't leave home without your headsets so the captain can hear your EVERY word. Two....determine to which side of the HUGE buoy marking the mooring that the pendant may be on. Three.....when all else fails shout loud enough for all the boats in the mooring field to hear you.

We were then entertained by the charter boat that could not get their outboard running. We ended up helping by getting them to shore so they could enjoy dinner at Nippers. The charter company is bringing them a new outboard today.

We got in to Nippers for a drink and souvenir shirt and hat and then went to Grabbers. I have to say that they both have beautiful scenery but Grabbers lacked in service unfortunately. I think they are working on building things up there and we just caught them at a bad time. I used my best "Bahamian time" patience and never got the conch fritters we ordered. Oh well. Maybe next time they will have it all together.

Off today to go back to Lubbers Landing for Pizza Night. The owner takes reservations and makes the dough from scratch for those who have reserved their spot. Have not had but pizza I have made on boat and one slice of a box pizza at Treasure Cay. Looking forward to Coke and Pizza.
