Off to Marsh Harbour
15 April 2017
After a late start, we pulled up the anchor and headed back to Marsh Harbor. The wind was a bit brisk to say the least and as I have stated before, this seems o be more of the norm this year. I had made a comment on Facebook that most on the Chesapeake would find it exciting or just not go out. Some days here you have to move because the next blow could come from another direction and you may need to find a suitable anchorage for protection.
A nice brisk sail and we are anchored in Marsh Harbour tending to some boat projects. Greg needed to change the oil in the Yanmar while I worked on sorting laundry and our grocery list. Today we will head to town ......groceries and laundry. Oh and a stop at the "spirits" store.
It is still breezy here this morning but it is supposed to calm down tomorrow. Off to start our chores.
