Not much to report as we are winding down and getting ready to head home. We have cleaned the boat, we have provisioned, made water, changed oil in the generator and checked all our fluid levels. We could leave at any time now and be ready.

Well almost ready. I still need to make the lasagna, chicken tetrazzini and pasta salad before shoving off. We typically try to have something that is a one dish meal so it is easier to handle while sailing.

Breakfasts are usually hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal or Belvitas. Lunches are usually a sandwich in a wrap rather than on bread. And of course dinner will be one of the afore mentioned items. So today will be about messing up the kitchen where yesterday was about cleaning it.

I have to say that is my biggest pet peeve about this life is that the moment something is clean, within the blink of an eye it is dirty again. And because our space is small it is quite noticeable and I have to clean it or put it back together so that I can rest.

On to tackle the day.
