We had planned to stay in Fort Lauderdale another day so that we could enjoy the 80 degree temperatures and walk on the boardwalk enjoying the sights and sounds.
Greg had a guy approach him about some gelcoat work so we hired him to fix a small spot where our enclosure snaps in place. That took all day and is still not completely fixed. We hope he shows back up to finish the job. If not we will find someone down the road to complete it. I spent time doing a little retail therapy at my favorite store.
With not much else going on we took Jaxon into town and grabbed a drink at one of the local bars. The staff was so friendly and the restaurant so well run that we make plans to return there for dinner. Oh....what a dinner it was. We ordered a scallop appetizer which was amazing and then we split the tomahawk steak. WOW! Jaxon is going to love this bone.
We have got to leave this town. Too many places to just sit and enjoy watching the world go by. Then again, I am enjoying all the walking I am getting in as well.
