Well all good things don't come to an end but they continue onward as must we!

I walked to the local CVS and found these hearts along the way. That is why I love Heart Harbor and Tavernier.......it is a welcoming "hood" and there are hearts lighting your way.

Our hosts have been the BEST! Ed, Mari-Etta, Good Girl Pearl and Jeff have gone out of their way to make our trip to Heart Harbor the best ever. With a traditional Christmas Day feast and multiple tiki hut experiences and Bloody Mary moments, we cannot recall a time we felt more at home! Truly gracious folks and we will forever be indebted to them. Of course with their new adventures, we hope to host them on the Chesapeake one day!

So we left about noon on a rising tide and have anchored off of Rodrigues Key near our dear friends on River Rat. We will travel with them south down the Keys a bit before they break off and go to the Bahamas and we head up the western shore of Florida.
