Waiting to Leave

22 June 2007 | Niceville
Dreamchaser is our passport to a life long dream of exploring the world. We purchased "Second Wind" in the fall of 2006 and began the task of refurbishing her to be our floating retirement home. Things are going a little slower than we expected but the "DREAM" is still alive and we are making progress.

Dreamchaser is a 1986 43' C&C Landfall with many miles under her belt. She was built in Rhode Island by C&C and her previous owners sailed her in San Francisco Bay before bringing her to south Florida via the Panama Canal. They participated in the 1996 Baja HaHa Rally and we have a wonderful first place ribbon that will have a place of honor once the rehab is finished.
