HOT HOT and WINDY as usual
Well to day started out great. Got up late after a few beers and a cook out with some friends here at the yard. Started working on the new travler system. Got out all my fiber class stuff and made two mounting blocks. Stained them and let them to cure in the hot sun.

I then washed the top sides for Gypsy Soul, gee can you imagine a year and ahalf yard dust and sand on the deck. One thing I am going to have to do is to is re-varinsh the top if the cabin hood and hatch.

Thought I had coveded them with the covers I had made for them, but guess I did not. so.... out came the sand paper and spent the better half of the afternoon sanding them down. Took a lot of breaks for water and tea it was so hot 98 with a index of 108. Got the start of a great tan

But got it ready to varnish tomorrow, if I can get up early and mask it off before the winds start. Seems the wind is less in the morning and builds during the day. So heres hoping.

'Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.' - "Mark Twain" -
