Tragically Trip

18 July 2014
Only 3 locks today so we made some good headway and ended the day in...Bobcaygeon. I could look up some clever Tragically Hip lyrics from the song but net access is kinda rare here. The locks here are the busiest on the whole system and the dreaded rental houseboats are here as well! One arrived tonight with about 16 guys on it, 1 wearing a Santa suit. Apparently Santa is getting married so this was his bachelor party with all his elves. And being the giving type of guy he is, anyone that walked by was invited up onto the roof of the boat for drinks with the team! So now we know what Santa does in the off season.
