Well, we're getting close. 10 more work days. The boat and crew are ready and itching to hit the high seas. Tyler and I sat down with our families over the weekend and had a safety meeting. We went over the schedule, communications and emergency tactics. Provisioning will begin mid week. I'm hoping to be fully moved out of the house by the weekend.
The plan will be to leave Saturday morning (May 12th) from Steveston and sail/motor to Victoria Inner Harbour. We'll have dinner on Saturday night at Spinnakers Pub with family. We'll depart Victoria on Sunday or wait for the weather break.
