Flying Fish... er...sort of

Nothing really exciting to report from last night. The wind and seas were shifty late in the evening and into the morning. Drizzle off and on. The sunrise, the only regular highlight of the early morning watch was non-existent in cloud and drizzle. Just after noon, the wind increased and I reefed the main sail, we sailed though a squall line. On the other side, the wind shifted from SE to W in minutes and the sun came out. Completely different weather.
Tyler and I read and slept most of the morning and early afternoon. We venture on deck more when the sun came out. Had a nice dinner and beer in the cockpit this evening.
The fishing has gone from bad to worse. I can now add two birds to my list off things I've caught that aren't fish. I'm hoping Tyler will have better luck tomorrow as I pass the fishing duties onto him.
After seeing nothing but the occasional bird for the last three days, in a matter of hours we saw 3 container ships and pod of dolphins this afternoon. Weird.
