Two more sleeps.

We can almost smell land now.
We ran all night with a good easterly tail wind. However, a tall and steep northerly swell appeared that made the ride rough and forced us to head more southerly that we wished. At daybreak we found that we had past the latitude of Maui. We gybed and started going northwest. Despite heading in obtuse directions, we are making good time toward our destination. We expect to gybe once more tonight. At daybreak tomorrow, we should be on a rumb line to the middle on the Island, 24 hours out.
It will be good to get to shore. We are now official out of beer, beef & bread. Not that we don't have enough food, water and fuel for another couple weeks, but I for one am looking forward to a Corona and Cheeze Burger on a patio.
