Condos oon the horizon

Condos on the horizon can only mean one thing: back in the USA. We raced to get to the Gulf Stream before a predicted four days of 25-30 knot northerlies made it uncrossable. Sailed 100 miles in a day from Green Turtle Cay to the western edge of the Little Bahama Bank, where we anchored at sunset on the bank with only the smallest of cays anywhere in sight. Took off at 2 a.m. for the Gulf Stream crossing and arrived in Palm Beach at 10:30, just as the storm hit. Fortunately, there was a tiki bar within walking distance. Now we've motored up the Intracoastal to Stuart, where Brooks and Rita will be flying home. Catharsis will be spending April in Brunswick, Georgia while the snow melts in Ipswich.
