It’s light here on the East Coast about 5:15 AM. That’s great because we are early risers! The sunrise here in the bay is Gorgeous. Heavy winds have kept us here for a few extra days. However we are way back in the bay, tied up on a dock, so we’ve been very comfortable. HeleAku has passed all her test ( Engine- sails-steering- instrumentation,etc.) and even got the proper port of call on the side. (Pic) We are about 1.3 miles away from a small town. We walked the railroad tracks Sunday to attend a small church in Pocasset,Massachusetts. We were blessed by the friendly people and encouraging message. We went to a small corner café in town where we celebrated Mother’s Day. Monday we sat here and hoped the wind would subside. Hopefully it comes later tonight and we’re anxious to get out and begin our Adventure.
