Yesterday was long. With our mast down on deck now we went through two locks. At the second lock they were finishing up a project n there were 8 of us Loopers. It took 2 1/2 hours! So with a dozen or so on the wall last night we decided to leave at 6:30 AM to beat the traffic. A barge coming north beat us, so here we wait an hour.. The difference between NYS and I L is commercial traffic gets priority. And NYS just has leisure boats going through.
