December 16th is a great day in my memory. My dad would have been 101! He lived a full life to 86 years old. Our family tradition was to go out and cut our Christmas tree and put it up around his birthday 🎂 following tradition since our parents are both deceased, my sister Kay and husband always host our family of six siblings and etc. at Christmas time. We will miss them this year. 😋
My parents only lived to see their 48th anniversary. Keith and I are celebrating our 50th next week. Where does the time go? I feel so fortunate to be physically well enough to do this adventure.
Yesterday we hopped on the city bus to an outlet mall in Ellenton. The mall was big and had a lot of my stores. We got most of our gifts purchased and had fun doing it during a downpour. 🫠 We got a good 2 inches of rain in a short period of time. At least we were fortunate that the tornado watches did not come to reality!
Today we are traveling about five hours back to Sarasota where we will be on anchor for a few days. Enjoy the Reason for the Season. K&B
