It seems like every town and marina we come to as we’re headed south gets better! We’ve had such a delightful time here. Unique foliage, gorgeous homes, Friends and great eateries. We are on a mooring ball, but dinging to the dock is very short, clean restrooms, and easy access to town. This enables us to get out and walk into town, walk to the beach and get some exercise.
We have friends from Little Falls, NY that live here. We’ve gone to church with them. Also another couple on a sailboat doing the loop came in Wed and they have had friends in town that we’ve gone to the Botanical garden with.
We have been here eight days thus far and had plenty of sunshine. Late yesterday the wind piped up to 20 kn and the nights have gotten down into the fourties’! We walked downtown to a farmers market today which was absolutely amazing. We kinda taste tested through our lunch! Lots of beautiful flowers,vegetables and ethnic foods. Venture On K&B
