Yesterday we were at a marina on a dock in Savannah Georgia. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. We walked into register and I had two arms full of laundry. Their laundry room was not in operation, and the manager immediately offered us a courtesy car to go to the nearest laundromat! (Mind you we have been underway for 11 months and without a vehicle)Itโs wonderful to occasionally get that opportunity! Keith was able to make a run to Walmart while I got a pedicure, folded the ๐งบ and we enjoyed lunch out. Later in the afternoon we took a trip downtown and visited the historical area on a trolley tour. The city of Savannah was spared during the Civil War because they surrendered before Shermans troops arrived. Therefore they have multiple beautifully restored 1700 to 1800 Buildings. It was late in the afternoon but we were able to tour Cathedral of Saint John. It was stunning and Iโve included one of the pictures. We were also able to reprovision at Aldiโs and pick up some meds. Good day! ๐ค
