Calabash Bay, Long Island

We left Georgetown on Saturday the 5th. It must have been a good idea, eight other boats were in our company. We looked like a small flotilla. Richard and I set our course for Calabash Bay, the northern end of Long Island. We have spent a night there before and dubbed it one of those nights from hell. However, this time it was beautiful. The wind was right and the swells didn't wack us. We had a nice motorsail there and anchored in front of the Cape Santa Maria Resort. The next day was just as awesome, we went out and snorkeled a reef in the morning. We went to the resort for a late lunch, which was really nice. We now have a new opinion of Calabash Bay.
