Lobster

15 March 2011 | G'town
Richard
Robyn spotted a slipper lobster. I shot it with a pole spear. Ray held the pole in place because the lobster was trying to crawl away with the spear under a rock. I dove down and grabbed him. Nicki cooked him for lunch. A real team effort.

Slipper lobster is very tasty. There is a lot more meat there than appears. Some of the meat is up under the body. Robyn and Ray ate the legs too.
