Jost Van Dyke

14 December 2015 | Foxys, Jost Van Dyke, BVI
Richard
We arrived at Jost Van Dyke in Great Harbor. Immigration, Customs and Port Authority couldn't have been easier and not unreasonably priced.

There are plenty of places to land your dinghy. They accept your trash near the ferry dock. They have fuel. They will sell water. They have signs so that you can figure out where to go. Couldn't be more cruiser friendly. This is one happening place!!!

Immigration gave us 30 days. Mooring balls cost $30 per night. That's $900 just for mooring in the BVIs. We're going to have to find some places to anchor, because using moorings is a budget buster.
