Sailing on the Chesapeake Bay

Had a great sail a couple of weeks ago. The temps were in the upper 60's although on the water it was quite nippy. Sailed all over the southern bay and wound up traveling 31 nautical miles. That was quite the trip.
Winds were from 20-25 knots all day, so as you can see, the main was reefed. The fastest we sailed was 8.5 knots. Of course the winds and tide was in our favor.
Can't wait for another trip
