This place is truly magic. It is one of very few places left in the world that is nearly untouched. It only gets visited by small passing boats like us. Right now it is hugely busy as there are 15 visiting boats here. But that means there is a total of about 30 people visiting a very large area. This place more than any otherthat we have visited so far epitomizes the south pacific. Beautiful sand and palm tree islands. Crystal clear water. A fish on the hook everytime you put a line in the water. Gorgeous coral. Sharks everywhere. And pleasant relaxed company in the evening. Last night a couple of spanish friends organized a paella feast on the beach. Three big pans of paella were cooked over the wood fire, containing fresh grouper, fresh coconut crab, and some lovely spanish saugages and chicken. Fresh flatbread was also cooked over the fire. And a nice brazilian chocolate desert was also had. Not a bad way to spend an evening. It is wonderful to be here, but it is also sad that there are so few unspoiled places left.
