Arthur
We caught a nice blue Marlin yesterday. Our first one of this season. We caught 4 last year. This one isn't very big, but it still took 45 hard fought minutes to land him. I think he was harder to reel in than usual becuase he was actually hooked in the tail, after first taking two other lures. He initially ran with one of our lures for a few seconds, then spit it out. Then he took a second of our lures and ran, again only for a few seconds. Then he snagged himself on the third one and ran like mad. We actually don't like to catch marlin because they are too big, and take too long to reel in, only to be let go in the end. Too much meat for our freezer. They are beautiful though.
