we have left Georgetown due to the fact that the internet is down since almost one week now. The following happened : there were two accidents in one day. In the morning a container fell from its truck on to Taxi #24. This happened right across from the Exuma Market. Taxi #24 was parked in front of the Bank nobody had occupied the vehicle at the we time, nobody was hurt. A few hours later at the corner of the straw market and the street to the government dock a truck ran into the telephone pole. This caused at first a collapse of all the phone lines in Georgetown and later on stocking island. I was told things get worse before they get better and that it will be fixed on island time, that was almost a week ago. We moved on to Staniel Cay.
