So the time has come my friends to leave La PAz again. We thought this winter that we were going to be sailing down to Puerto Vallarta and south to Ztown, but alas the reports we heard were not good, and so we stayed put in La Paz and the surrounding islands for the winter months, and beautiful it was at those islands. Now we have decided to sail North again up further into the sea of cortez and play a little more exstensively at all the beautiful islands and beaches scattered through the sea.
We will be ultimately heading to the Guaymas /San Carlos area to haulout in May but we plan on taking baout 4-5 weeks to get there, stopping at as many of our favorite places and even at some new ones.
We love La Paz, but it is far to easy to get lazy here and never move, so its time for some movin', right now we are flying full sail and making about 4.1 knots in very light wind and its wonderful. First stop Balandra.... of course we couldn't leave without a trip to the beautiful beaches of Balandra.
