Walking, Waxing and Wind
05 December 2019 | Tyrell Bay - Carricou

We have been in Carricou just over a week.
It is one of our favourite islands. The locals are just so friendly and always very happy to chat.
We spent a couple of glorious days anchored off Sandy Island until the weather changed dramatically!
We have been getting on with a number of jobs on Infinity B, including replacing a missing teak deck plugs, waxing and polishing, and general decluttering.
We have also been able to repair Kalluna's ongoing VHF problem.
Most importantly we have been able to get out and do some long walks.
Yesterday we did our favourite hike from Windard to the Round House at Bogles, with the most spectacular views across the reefs to Petite Martinique, Petite, St Vincent and Union Island'
We are planning to leave here in a day or so and head for Tobago Cays - another of our favourite places.
